• VARIETY: Judor, Pink Lady and Reineta apples. With Quince.
• METHOD: Short maceration of the apples before press. Then, the crushed quince is left to macerate with the apple juice for 2 weeks and all is pressed again. Aged with its soft lees for a year. Bottled by hand.
• CELLAR/PRODUCER: SERPS. Marc Fuyà.
