Pic de L’Infern 2020
- VARIETY: Reineta, Grannay Smith, Fuji, Gala, Pink Lady and Golden apples. With Peach and Habaneros naranjas and rojos.
- METHOD: Short maceration of 12 hours of the peaches and apples before press. This is left to ferment and dry and then the chillies are added and left for a week to infuse the mix. Second fermentation in bottle. Bottled by hand.

Pic de L'Infern is an experimental and bold pet-nat cider, with soft peach in your mouth and a progressive spiciness than comes in when you drink.
