Method 

50% of Trepat directly pressed, 50% of Trepat undergoes carbonic maceration for 5 days. Moscatell has 12 days skin contact. Parellada fermented and aged in old oak barrel.

Steelhead, basmati rice and sautéed veggies with sesame, pizza with crispy pepperoni, mushrooms and fresh buffalo mozzarella
