50% Judor apples and Devoe, 50% Passacrassana and Leclerc pears.

METHOD

Direct press of both pears and apples.

Fermented with its own wild yeast.

Bottled by hand.

Ancestral method.

TASTING NOTES

Slightly citrusy and acidic with a sweet end.

FOOD PAIRING

Perfect with some aged manchego cheese and marmalade. Also great with an easy chicken & mushrooms stir-fry.
