Majorque Nouveau is a project of Mallorca identity from Ca Na To Ne Ta. Ca Na To Ne Ta has curated different wines from some legendary winemakers. This wine makes us feel like we are in a cabin by the sea, windows open, sun shining, birds chirping... just like a dream. Giró Ros is one of the autochthonous varieties of Mallorca. When the grape is ripe the skin turns a pinkish color, similar to the color of this wine!
