SOLO, Aceite Picual

We start from a type of traditional cultivation, in plots of one or two hectares maximum, with trees that are three feet tall that have been rooted in the earth and subjected to our continental Mediterranean climate for between 50 years and a century.

Origin: Los Capachos olive grove (Baños de la Encina, Jaén).

Process: cold extraction, filtering.

Harvest: October 2023

Circulation: 1500 bottles of 250 ml. / 500 bottles of 500 ml.

Colour: Intense green

Notes: Tomato, artichoke and fresh herb.
