28 days skin contact. Aged 24 months in used French oak barrel. After the aging, they add a blend (5%) of 2013, 2014, and 2015. 

Tastes like

Fruit compote, marmalade, spices, cigar, and vanilla. The colour is deep red with hints of blue and brown reflections

Roast beef with mushrooms, skirt steak with arugula and pine nuts
