Vineyards at 1300m altitude. Grapes were destemmed and directly pressed, 65 percent aged in barrels and 35 percent in stainless steel for one year
Tastes like
Raspberry, wild strawberry with earthy and oaky notes. Full-bodied, with the lightness of a rosé but the grip of a red! Fresh, crisp, and bright in color, refined and elegant!
