This olive oil and bean to bar will make you understand the difference that makes varieties and procedures to really fall in love with high quality olive oil and chocolate. Our expert will guide through the different varieties and ways to make olive oil.
We will start with 4 olive oils that we will warm up in wild clay ceramic bowls with our own hands to get the peak notes. You will have a tasting sheet that we can fill up very easily and realize of different tasking notes in nose and mouth.
To then follow for an explanation and tasting of how chocolate is made and how important is the whole process and treatment of cocoa from the very beginning in the plantation.
We have worked in a Cocoa farm in Brazil and we will share our experience there and the difference with industrial chocolate and the procedure of cocoa for it.
