La Cultivada is a femenine project where Biodynamic agriculture is key and all goes around it. Elena Vecino has been running the olive mill now for a good decade, and she’s the second generation.
This Hojiblanca is very aromatic and intense, also really well balanced with fantastic fruit in taste. We suggest to have it in green salads or to finish up in the plate some grilled vegetables.
