Method

Varetúo comes from a small plot of no more than three thousand Tempranillo vines. 4 days skin contact. It undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and is aged for 1 year in European oak barrels in underground cellars. 

Tastes like

Red fruit marmalade with high acidity. Reminiscent of berries, blueberries, strawberries, and subtle forest notes. It has a vibrant red color with blue reflections
