Aged for 3 months on the lees and 24 months in bottle.
100% Xarel·lo.

Creamy, with very pleasant bubbles and well-balanced acidity.

Red wine.
Garcia Verdevique Winery, Alpujarra, Granada.
100% Pinot noir.
5 days skin contact.

From one of the highest vineyards in Europe. Medium body. Soft tannins. Notes of chocolate and red fruits, slightly spicy.

• Semi-cured cow's cheese "Granja Maravillas".

Artisan semi-cured cow's cheese "Granja Maravillas", Granada. Granja Maravillas cheeses are made exclusively from raw cow's milk. Its extremely artisanal process results in cheeses with a powerful lactic flavour and crumbly texture. Cured for 1-2 months.

• Chorizo 100% Bellota Organic Acorn-fed pigs "EcoIbéricos" 100 gr.

EcoIbéricos is one of the most sustainable livestock farming projects in Spain. They only work with 80 pigs per year, which enjoy more than 750 hectares of land. The farm is located in Jabugo, Huelva and is certified organic. No additives.
