Callet and Escursac macerate with whole clusters. Then, all the grapes macerate together for 6 days. 4 months in 500L barrels.

Cati Ribot is the producer behind this stunning project in Mallorca. She comes from a third-generation family of winemakers. Her personal project, Ve de Avior, takes place within the Galmés and Ribot family winery in Santa Margalida, Mallorca. Her wines are a perfect reflection of the Mallorca island, a real pleasure to taste
