Method

Following 3 months of aging on its lees, the wine undergoes disgorging and refilling with the same wine.

Tastes like

Raspberry with some floral notes. While the sip is flower-scented, the nose stays subtle. Overall, it's a refreshing wine with lots of flavor from its time spent aging on its lees.

Baked brie and grilled tuna steaks with olive tapenade

All Uva de vida wines have official certifications of: Organic (by Sohicert) and Biodynamic (by Demeter) and the are also members of the Renaissance des Appellations association since 2015. Biográfico rosado is a red-soul wine. It could also be considered a light red. We like to say if a red wine and a rosé had a child this would be their baby.
