Method

The grapes are coming from 53-year-old vineyards. The wine is produced using the ancestral method, it spends 10 months maturing over its fine lees. Fermentation starts in stainless steel tanks and finishes in the bottle.

Bright yellow apple with notes of toast and walnuts, along with a slight touch of citrus jam
