Method
Re-fermented manzanilla that has been aged under a layer of yeast called "flor" for four years in large oak barrels. In 2018, it was re-fermented with fresh must from that year. This technique, developed by the winemaker Fernando Angulo, is called "Método Sanluqueño," named after the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Spain where Manzanilla is traditionally produced
