SOLO, Aceite Arbequina

SOLO Arbequina comes from ancient olive trees found in a valley between twin mountain ranges. They collected early and that brings aromas of green fruit and grass. The bitterness predominates over the spiciness.

Origin: Barcedana Valley, Pallars Jussá

Process: cold extraction, filtering.
