848 WHISKEY

100% malt single cask. Aged in new 128-liter barrels of American oak, air-dried and handcrafted in Montilla, Córdoba, then toasted to the specified level in the distillery. 

The mountain climate is extreme - 848 meters above sea level next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, with large temperature variations and low ambient humidity, which helps it mature faster. 

The whiskey has a deeper caramel shading. The scent is very biscuity and quite buttery, richer, and darker. The taste is buttery, caramely, and pastry-like. A sip warms the heart and soul despite its short aging of two years in barrels. You can only find it in small, numbered batches, so grab it while you can.
