Hand-harvested in Cerro La Lobera at 1360m altitude. The grapes were destemmed and went through very short maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel.

Tastes like

Red fruits, black pepper, dark chocolate, and thyme. It has a deep red color, and its full-bodied nature adds richness to the taste
