We have been working and supporting natural wine producers since 2004, creating a unique space in Granada to enjoy and celebrate natural wine and sustainable food culture.

JESSICA TRAINING NATURAL WINE

More than 23 years of experience in the food and wine scene 

Since 2004, we have been working with natural wine, being one of the first shops in the world embracing the benefits of it. 

Jessica, with more than 23 years of experience in the world of natural wine and gastronomy, will be your consultant during the whole training process. 

For over 15 years she was a chef (working in some very renowned restaurants all over Europe). One day she was at a natural wine tasting, and immeditaly fell in love! 

The feeling and personality she discovered with these types of wines motivated her to deepen her knowledge and study a course about viticulture and oenology. Additionally, she wanted to learn all about olive oil, so she decided to study to become a maestra de almazara

Her knowledge in the area turned her into a sensory expert. She can detect every smell and flavour of the wines and also combine them perfectly with food, creating amazing flavour pairings.

Jessica currently works as general manager and business partner of Al Sur de Granada.

    Depending on your needs, several face-to-face or online training sessions will be carried out, which will help you to:

    ● Learn to work with a wine tech sheet.


    You will taste all the wines that you will have on your menu, in order to understand them, get to know them in depth and be able to transmit and explain them with confidence to your clients.

    Choosing the perfect pairing to your wine is one of the most difficult decisions to make, so let us help you choose the perfect match with your food, to help enhance the dining experience for your guests. 

    Additionally, we will teach you how to combine the wines with the different dishes, to not make a bad pairing and ruin both the wine and the food.


    Jessica, your consultant during all the training process, is an expert in sensorial analysis, blending her knowledge between wine and gastronomy..

  • MENU DESIGN

    We offer you the possibility of making an exclusive design of your wine menu specially designed for your business.

    Our design expert will guide you through the creative process to create a wine menu that fits your current menu and brand.



  • MENU TRANSLATION

    We can also make a version of your menu translated into different languages so that you can reach new customers.

    We speak an advanced level of Spanish, English, French and Italian. We will help you translate all the information on your menu to be sure everything is correct.

Why our training is different?

We are the only natural wine training centre in Spain, and are one of the only programs that offers to complete the training at your place of business.
Jessica, your consultant, will visit you at your business and provide you with all the training you require.

Where would training be like?

The training will be in your own establishment or place of convenience.


Can I join if I am and individual person?

We are currently working to offer private courses but, if this is something you would be very interested in, please contact us and we will personalise a course to your possibilities.

How would the training be like?

The training will be face-to-face and online depending on your needs, so each training will be completely different.

In general, you will learn how natural wine is produce and we will delve into each of the wines selected for your menu.
