From prephylloxeric vines. 3 harvests (last one in December). Destemmed and macerated for 403 days in stainless steel. Spontaneous and malolactic fermentation.

Tastes like

Funky orange wine, nose of sundried apricots, toffee and orange zest. The mouth is clean and refreshing with notes of oranges and peach, high volatile acidity.
