Fruity and refreshing. Red licorice, strawberries and berries, with a very well integrated acidity.

Method

Carbonic maceration of the Syrah grape. 6 days skin contact of the Tempranillo grape.

Iberico cured meat, hamburger or ceviche.

 Pasamayo is a young winery from the north of Granada,situated in the tiny town of Purullena. This project started when Ignacio and Alejandra come back to Granada after living and working in Perú for several years. They wanted to try something different and after Alejandra studied winemaking they decided to open their own winery. All their wines are so equilibrated and good that you could think they have been making wine their entire lives.
