La Cultivada is a female run project where Biodynamic agriculture is key and all goes around it. Elena Vecino has been running the olive mill now for a good decade, and she’s the third generation directing the project.

This blend is very fresh with hints on your palate to green olives. Have it on your sourdough toast for breakfast with some tomato.
