Origin: Siurana, Sierra del Montsant, Catalonia (Spain).

Philosophy: Organic farming. Natural, no added sulfites.

Style: Light, intense, rustic, fresh and mineral red wine

Vineyard:

Two plots in Cornudella del Montsant at about 800m. These are harvested last at the end of October and produce musts with higher acidity. Calcareous soils.

Winemaking: 

Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation with whole bunches in stainless steel. 12 months in stoneware amphora and 650-liter foudre.

Total production: approx. 1500 bottles.

Alcohol: 13%
