Al Sur de Granada, a benchmark in wines and natural products since 2004, embarks on a new stage with Montse Mengibar at the helm.

Montse, born in the Penedès region, came to Granada for family reasons more than 20 years ago, as her mother is originally from the Vega de Granada. Trained by the best sommeliers in Catalonia and Andalusia, she is a great connoisseur and advocate of quality Andalusian wine and has a special knack for discovering unique, honest projects based on a slow philosophy and committed to sustainability, while also valuing respect for technique and professionalism in winemaking.

We want to share with you our love for wine and gastronomy, quality and respect for those producers who give us the best of their villages, of their way of life, welcoming you as we would in our living room.

In our shop you will find a carefully curated selection of producers who bring us their wines, olive oils, liqueurs, other selections of non-alcoholic beverages, cheeses, bean-to-bar chocolates, cured meats, preserves, pickles and much more that you can taste and buy in our shop on Calle Elvira, next to Puerta Elvira, in the beautiful lower Albaicín neighborhood.
