¡ Hemos vuelto !

We’re back!

Welcome to this meeting place for natural producers, the spirit that Al Sur has always aspired to embody.

Since its beginnings in 2004, this has been its purpose. This new chapter simply continues that vision: bringing to this corner of the city, on Calle Elvira, the authentic products of nearby villages, crafted with care and dedication. It is a clear commitment to quality and distinction. Here you can take these products with you or enjoy them on site, guided by professional sommeliers.

Our philosophy is rooted in slow food, km 0 sourcing, and fair, conscious trade.

From this space we aim to help reshape the way the natural movement is understood and appreciated, highlighting its true value through professionalism, respect and a spirit of collaboration. We have begun gradually, with the intention of developing this new concept through observation and adaptation, allowing everything to evolve naturally, just as nature itself teaches us.

Our intention is to be an open space for everyone, both individuals and gastronomy professionals. It is a place where you can come for an aperitif or a glass of wine, taste and purchase the products that we carefully select with great dedication.

To give you even more reasons to visit, every month we host tastings and encounters with producers. This week we welcome Ramón Saavedra for a Meet the Maker event, together with a guided tasting led by me that will explore different themes, such as the Andalusian wine tasting we organised last February. We will also organise occasional workshops, both enjoyable and educational, in support of local gastronomic culture, such as this month’s farmhouse cheese workshop.

We offer daily tasting experiences of organic extra virgin olive oils, four natural wines paired with four bites, and five natural wines paired with five farmhouse cheeses. These experiences are perfect to enjoy with family or friends and also make excellent gifts.

You can also contact us to organise your own personalised private tasting here.

We look forward to welcoming you with open arms and a green heart.
