Each variety is harvested separately at its optimal ripening point, destemmed without maceration with the skins, and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Tastes of
Red currants, vibrant roses, and wild strawberries with a mineral background. It has a long finish and is characterized by a marked high-mountain acidity.
Perfect with
Honey-glazed ham, "mare e monti" paella, sardines, roasted pepper salad, and fried fish with vegetables.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER
An iconic and pioneering winery, especially in Granada, Barranco Oscuro has been producing natural wines for 45 years. It owns the highest-altitude vineyard in all of Europe and was the first natural wine producer in Spain in the 1970s.
