Origin: Cádiar, Sierra de la Contraviesa, Alpujarra, Granada, Andalusia. Spain.

Garnacha, Tempranillo, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah, Blasca, Montúa, Sauvignon Blanc

Style:  Claret rosé with a mineral touch

Vineyard:

1300 m. Low-yielding dryland. Slate soils, poor and stony. South face overlooking the sea.

Production:
Each variety is harvested separately at its optimal ripeness, destemmed without maceration with the skins and aged in stainless steel tanks. Bottled in June 2022.

Total production: 2200 bottles.

Alcohol content  15% vol.
