Style: Extracted wine aged in French oak barrels

Elaboration: 

Vineyard of less than one hectare at 1100m, yielding very low production and highly concentrated varietal expression. Hand harvested. 12-day maceration with alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. After natural decanting, it is transferred to second-use French oak barrels for 12 months. Finally, it remains in stainless steel with fine lees before bottling.
