Style: Structured white wine from mineral slate soil, complex and rich

Elaboration: 

Old vineyard plot at 1280 m with great thermal oscillation that favors slow ripening and high concentration, requiring precision viticulture where biodynamic practices are applied. Manual harvest. Maceration with skins for 4 days and cold fermentation. 5 months of aging in first-use French oak with ceramic toasting and a minimum of 6 months in bottle.
