Style: A rich and complex white wine, with a sharp, long, and persistent profile.

Vineyard: on a slope on the banks of the Miño river, southwest orientation, and yellow slate soils

Elaboration:

Manual harvest in 18 kg boxes during the last week of August, at the moment of perfect ripeness with excellent sanitary quality, preserving the desired freshness. Complete destemming, 24-hour maceration, gentle direct pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel and finished in neutral barrels. Aging on fine lees for 10 months and then back to stainless steel for decantation by gravity, after which it remained in another stainless steel tank for 4 more months for refining.
