Origin: Cástaras. Sierra de la Contraviesa. Alpujarra, Granada, Andalusia (Spain).

Philosophy: Sustainable agriculture. Natural without sulfites.

Type: Young white

Varieties: Jaen Blanca 

Style: Full-bodied young white with a rustic and mineral character 

Vineyard:

Cerro Verdevique, Fronton, Umbría and Pinganillo. On slopes with shallow slate soils. Age between 80 and 130 years.

Winemaking: 

Manual harvest in October. Destemming. Free-run must by gravity and light pressing afterwards. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel.

Production:  900 bottles

Alcohol: 14%
