Elaboration:

Based on their young white Vigiriega from the 2021 vintage. After alcoholic fermentation and a few months of aging in stainless steel, it is transferred to old barrels where it spends two years under flor veil for more than two years. After each racking, it has been topped up with wine from the 2023 vintage.
