Vineyard:

1300 m. Dry-farmed, low yield. Slate, poor, and stony soils.

Winemaking: 

Direct press. Fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in 400l barrels for 12 months. Bottled in November 2024.

Total production: 500 bottles.

Alcohol: 12.5%
