Style: Young, informal red Pet Nat
Vineyard:
1300 m. Dry-farmed with low yield. Slate soils, poor and stony.
Winemaking:
Young wine from a blend of white and red varieties vinified separately. Hence its name.
Reds partially destemmed, macerated for 4-5 days. After alcoholic fermentation, they are transferred to 500 and 400 l barrels for almost two years. Vigiriega from direct pressing, fermented in stainless steel where it remained until blending. Bottled in October 2022.
Total production: 7000 bottles.
