Vineyard:

1300 m. Slate soils, poor, stony and dry-farmed.

Recovered from the area, the varietal DNA is known after a recent study.

Winemaking:

Destemmed. One part direct press, another part macerated for 4-5 days. After alcoholic fermentation without cold equipment, aged for 1 year in large barrels. Bottled in November 2023.

Total production: 1200 bottles.
