 Joan Rubio, master of Xarel·lo grape, really is a winemaker that works in such meticulous way, with so much planning and respect to the land, uses Biodynamic agriculture and is very radical in the vineyard leaving the vines live freely and wild and observing the plants around them to understand the needs of the vineyard.

Tiques is deep, vibrant and very elegant. Great to pair with delicate white fish.
