Old sheep cheese Calaveruela.
Calaveruela is perhaps one of the most conscious projects we know with the welfare of your sheep. The sheep graze freely on the Monte Olivete farm, a dehesa full of oaks where they also sow the cereals and fodder consumed by their animals.
This third generation dedicated to agriculture has already produced two different dairy products, all produced from raw sheep's milk and through a totally artisanal process. As we already know, sheep's milk is beneficial for its high content of vitamins, iron, calcium, phosphorus, sodium or zinc and, in addition, it is much more digestible than cow's milk cheese.
Without a doubt, the quality of Calaveruela's milk translates into cheeses and yogurts made with care and dedication that, as they themselves say, concentrate the territory where it is produced, the landscape and its people.
