Dos Alquemistas is a project born out of love for the soil and natural rhythms of Mallorca. During pruning season in the San Moragues olive groves of the island's West Coast, Dos Alquemistas harvest the green trimmings which would otherwise go to waste. They then transform them into unique infusions and powdered beverages, combining them with the finest natural ingredients and essential oils of Mallorca.
