Method

Red grapes from different friends vineyards. Escursac comes from the viticultor Cati Ribot's vineyards. Callet comes from Eloi Cedo's vineyards and Manto Negro come from a non-registered vineyard near Llubi. 12 days skin contact. Aged 2 months in oak barrel.

Beetroot burger topped with avocado, pickled red onions, and kimchi aioli, black bean burger, green beans with lemon and thyme, turkey
