The grapes come from 210-year-old vineyards located at an altitude of 840 meters. They undergo direct pressing and ferment in 600-liter chestnut barrels. The soil is a limestone sandy loam with a high content of pebbles

Esmeralda García started in the wine world at a very young age. After working for some of the most important wineries in the region, she decided to change her life's project and return to her hometown in Segovia to make natural wine and start her cellar. Her wines are refined and elegant, perfect for all kinds of occasions—always perfect, a true expression of the Verdejo grape.
