He grew up in between vineyards and decided to study viticulture and enology. Gradually, he began acquiring land between Málaga and Granada and producing wine. Quickly, he became very famous in the natural wine world, with bottles flying off his shelves!

He also places great value on provenance, striving to revive ancient Andalusian grape varieties such as Rome and Montúa.
