VARIETY 

Reineta, Judor, Granny Smith, Fuji, Gala, Star King and Pink Lady apples.
With elderflower from Valle de Camprodón.

METHOD

Short maceration of 12 hours before press.

After the first fermentation, infused with elderflowers during 10 days.

Ancestral method, second fermentation in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

Tropical, floral, with nice acidity. Especially refreshing.

FOOD PAIRING

Lemon and vanilla custard tart with raspberries.
