- VARIETY: Reineta, Judor, Granny Smith, Fuji, Gala, Star King and Pink Lady apples. With elderflower.
- METHOD: Short maceration of 12 hours before press. After the first fermentation is complete, elderflowers are left to infuse for 10 days. Then, the cider is bottled, where it makes its second fermentation.
