Method

The Monastrell grapes are destemmed and then fermented in a wooden barrel with whole bunch Garnacha for 6 months. The grapes for this wine are harvested in a climate/style similar to the south of France, imparting some sibling-esque characteristics to the flavor profile

Tastes like

Fresh, slightly fruity, slightly mineral wine with great acidity, featuring notes of red currants, bright roses, and a smooth finish

Chicken burger with fresh tomatoes, arugula, and pepper jam; steak and kale salad with blueberries and blue cheese, and a cherry tart with buckwheat pastry
