Clay amphora fermentation and six months aging in clay amphora on its lees. The grapes are sourced from limestone sandy loam soil with some superficial pebbles, situated in Paraje Vallejo at 835 meters above sea level.

Esmeralda García started in the wine world at a very young age. After working for some of the most important wineries in the region, she decided to change her life's project and return to her hometown in Segovia to make natural wine and start her own cellar. Her wines are refined and elegant, perfect for all kinds of occasions—always perfect, a true expression of the Verdejo grape.
