Baked strawberry, raspberry, red currant, earth, spices, easy to drink, wildflowers, tiny bit of smoke

Method 

Garnacha whole bunch fermented, Cabernet Franc 30% carbonic maceration, then the two are pressed and blended

Curried noodle soup, sweet potato gnocchi with browned butter and rosemary, pasta with vodka sauce and bacon bits
