No tears for the creatures of the night 2020

• VARIETY: Judor apples and Devoe, Passacrassana and Leclerc pears.
• METHOD: Direct press of both pears and apples. Fermented with its own wild yeast. Bottled by hand.

This Pet-Nat cider is made from pears and apples 50-50. It is slightly acid and citric with a subtle sweet end. Very unexpected! :)
