Tasting notes

     

Dry, raspberry color with fine and delicate bubbles. The sip is clean and floral while the nose remains in the back. It has a certain opulence and light tannins. It is a refreshing and stimulating wine with lots of flavor from its lees aging.

Ancestral with short skin contact of 24hrs and aging of one year on its lees
