Moscatell 12 days skin contact in stainless steel, Chenin Blanc and Macabeu fermented in old french oak barrel, aged in stainless steel

Fresh green tomatoes sprinkled with salt and rosemary, lightly fried fish, angel hair pasta cooked in one pot with zucchini, lemon, cherry tomato and spinach
