- VARIETY: Reineta Gris, Eugènia, Queadres, Marge, Manyaga, Camosa Agra, Ull de Nespre, Pay Bou, Del Ciri, Del ciri Vermell, Blanca d’Espanya, Aiguardent, Gofia, Del Sucre. These are all heritage apples from Catalonia.
- METHOD: A short maceración from 12 to 18 hours before press. First fermentation with wild tests. Second fermentation in the bottle to create natural bubbles.

Lava is a natural cider made with heritage apples from Catalonia that grow in the volcanic soil of La Fageda d’en Jordà, in La Garrotxa. It has an elegant bubble, honey and caramel aromas and is citrusy and mineral in the mouth with a well balanced acidity.
