Destemmed by hand, spontaneous fermentation and then half of the wine will be aged in barrels with the other half in fiberglass tanks

Only 1500 bottles of this wine were produced! It is a thirst quenching rose but with some of the coloration of a red. Juicy is juicy, fruity, light and easy to drink with a slight effervescence!
